Bible Meditation – You discern me

我坐下，我起來，祢都曉得；祢從遠處知道我的意念。我行路，我躺臥，祢都細察；祢也深知我一切所行的。（詩篇139:2-3）

默想：我們起居作息，心中意念，神都曉得而且細心並親密地察看。那就是說，無論我們行善行惡、順境逆境，神都以祂的眼目注視我們。

You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar.  You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.

When we live and work or take rest, and the thoughts in our hearts, God knows and looks dearly. So, whether we do good or evil, good times or adversity, God looks at us with His eyes.
